New post for a new year

Ok so i actually wrote this at the beginning of the month but never published so here it is:
I will write a new post with some pics tonight!

I figured since we rang in a new year, now was as good a time as any to update our blog. Now, not saying it will happen but I really hope I can keep up a little better this year than last. 2009 was fabulous with the birth of Reece, however it kept me a very busy girl. Not that things have slowed down any, I think I just have gotten into the swing of things. I don't know if it just takes me longer than normal but it takes me a good 6-8 months to get things down after having a baby. I think it's b/c just when you think you have it down, everyone starts new stages and new things and it throws you off again.

Breckin is about to be 4 in a little over a month!!! I can not believe my little man is so big. He has made the last 4 years of our lives so amazing. He is everything I had hoped for and more. He is a little mini me. He does so many things just like I did and still do! He is an amazing big brother-we are so so fortunate that Breckin has loved his baby brother from birth. He adores his "Reecey" and Reece is pretty crazy about Breckin as well.

Reece just turned 10 months old! Now that one really blows me away. I JUST had him! I feel like he should only be 3 months old at best. But like they say, time flies when your having fun and that exactly what we have been doing. Reece has blown us away with is radiant smile and his loving, snugglie little self. He lights up a room the moment he enters. He can certainly turn any bad day to good within seconds. He has his mommas eyes but his daddy's everything else including personality! Oh not to mention the smarty pants he is-taking his first steps at 9 months old! He started walking the weekend he turned 10 months and is now a professional! :)

We had a wonderful holiday-We had a great time-so much so that I wanted to move back right away. I tried for 6 hours on the way home to talk Mr Stubborn into moving back and he didn't buy one line of it...not one. I was frustrated and of coarse being completely irrational. I would have denied it at the time but now that I am back home and settled I can see it. I am happy with my life here and know we are exactly where God has called us to be for now. The Lord has provided so much for us here and we are very grateful for that.

Here are a few pics of the boys... And a short video of Reece feeding himself for the first time- cheese and bananas (please ignore my annoying voice)- God Bless 2010!
